‘C’ Form & ‘F’ Form:

‘C’ Form: In India, the ‘C’ Form is a guest registration form required by the local police department. Hotels are legally obligated to submit ‘C’ Forms for all guests, including their personal information and duration of stay. This form assists in maintaining guest records for security purposes.

‘F’ Form: The ‘F’ Form is a guest arrival report submitted by hotels to the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) in India. It applies to foreign nationals staying in India on long-term visas or certain visa types. The ‘F’ Form includes details such as guest’s name, passport information, visa details, and the purpose of visit.
