Confrontation:- What is Confrontation? He maintains the speed and efficiency of his work probably a smart manager will finish his work before the time and keep some space for any emergency or up-gradation or training or will keep learning new things. Now, how you are going to this? Start with by making a To-Do List, calculate exactly how you are going to spend your time, Set a Time Limit, Start with Your Most Important Task, Initially, focus on One Task at a Time, Create a time audit, Take your best colleagues and subordinate to finish the tasks, Plan, execute and manage your day and achieve massive success.
Smart Worker: “Going short cut is not a smart working sign”, if you go short cut then you missed the quality work and the result may be negative or will not be up to the mark. Understand your work first, give some time to know your organization and your competitor. Read books or watch videos of the great people, Work on some case studies (case studies will give you an idea to handle the situation, how to handle the challenges, etc), Delegate the job to the right people at the right times. Make sure your team is well-ordered. If one person is faster, put him or her on the front; know the fact and challenges of the job in deep.
I Take Charge: What is the meaning of “I take charge”? It means accepting the responsibility and take control over it, for eg: He/She is working as a Cashier in a front office area of the hotel and suddenly there is a huge number checking. The cashier took the responsibilities to help his/her colleagues in reception and reservation and took control. This concept of working will not only give you the satisfaction of working but also help your colleagues or subordinate or your senior.
